In the quiet ateliers of Jaipur, the story of every Echo of Pink piece begins...
First comes the block carving: seasoned wood blocks are carefully chiseled by skilled artisans, every petal, every curve etched with astonishing precision.
Once carved, each block is carefully dipped in oil and cleaned, preserving the fine detailing and ensuring it stamps clean and true for years to come - an essential ritual before the first imprint is ever made.
Each design often requires more than three to four blocks: one to outline the form, and others to layer each color within the pattern, building the artwork slowly, thoughtfully, by hand.
Once the blocks are ready, the dance of color and cloth begins.
We work only with azo-free, natural dyes, ensuring beauty that is both conscious and kind.
Every print and color passes through a careful phase of sampling - refined and perfected until the balance of pattern and hue feels just right. Then, block meets fabric.
A steady hand dips the carved surface into dye and stamps it onto the cloth with a single, confident press. One after another, in perfect rhythm - never rushed, never mechanical. Every tap of the block is a heartbeat of the artisan, a rhythm passed down through generations.
Each slight variation, each delicate imperfection, is a mark of authenticity - a reminder that real beauty is never rushed
At Echo of Pink, we honor this delicate dance of craft and care - creating garments that are effortless to wear, rooted in tradition, and quietly unique to you.
