Returns:

We really hope that you are delighted with your Echo Of Pink purchase. However, if you would like to return your item, please follow the instructions below:

• Please return all items within 7 days of receipt of your order if purchased online.
• Returns will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.
• Please email hello@echoofpink.com for a pre-paid return label.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Custom orders and exchanged orders are not returnable or refundable.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds if items are returned damaged, marked, or altered in any way.
• We are unable to refund duties or taxes for international orders, shipping and transaction fees.
• Once the item has been inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-2 business days of receipt.
• Echo Of Pink cannot be held liable for returns that do not arrive.
• We are unable to refund shipping, duties or taxes for international orders.

 

Exchanges: 

We want to make sure your Echo Of Pink dress fits you comfortably and beautifully. If you’d like to request an exchange for a different size or adjustment, please follow the instructions below:

• Please request exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanges will be processed within 1–2 business days of receiving the exchange intimation.
• Please email hello@echoofpink.com for a pre-paid shipping label.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for an exchange.
• We reserve the right to deny exchange if items are returned damaged, marked, or altered in any way.
• Once the item has been inspected, the replacement item will be shipped within 1 business day.
• Echo of Pink cannot be held liable for exchanged items that do not arrive.
