Returns

We really hope that you are delighted with your Echo Of Pink purchase. However, if you would like to return your item, please follow the instructions below:

• Please return all items within 7 days (Europe: 14 days) of receipt of your order if purchased online.
• Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
• Please fill out the return form included with your order. If you do not have one, please email hello@echoofpink.com for a pre-paid returns label.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• We reserve the right to deny refunds if items are returned damaged, marked, or altered in any way.
• Once the item has been inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receipt.
• Postage and insurance for the return are the responsibility of the customer. Echo Of Pink cannot be held liable for returns that do not arrive.
• Please note the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Please note: We are unable to refund duties or taxes for international orders.
